Pay for the humidor you need.

Everything else stays the same. The Cigarro Method, the flavour wheel, the news feed, unlimited reviews. On every tier.

Capacity is the only difference.

Cigarro charges for one thing: the size of your humidor. Every tier gets the full app. The Cigarro Method, the thirteen-family flavour wheel, the news feed, the per-cigar age tracking, the strength and draw sliders. All of it. The only number that changes between tiers is how many unique cigars you can keep on the shelf.

Reviews are unlimited everywhere, on every tier, including the free one. Bill monthly, cancel any time.

We do not run annual plans, and we do not have a feature ladder. Either you have room in your humidor, or you do not.

Membership, not storage. Unlimited capacity, plus the perks below.

Private Reserve is membership, not storage.

The capacity is the easy part. Unlimited entries means you can record everything: the duplicates, the freebies, the half-remembered impulse buys at the airport. Five extras come with the tier.

Think of it less as unlocking storage and more as joining the lounge.

Questions worth asking.

There are five tiers, from $0 to $29.99 CAD per month. Pocket Humidor is free and holds thirty unique cigars. The paid tiers add capacity in steps: 200, 750, 2,000, then unlimited at Private Reserve. Every tier includes the full Cigarro Method, the flavour wheel, the news feed, and unlimited reviews.

Yes. There is no commitment beyond the current month. Cancel from your account settings, and your subscription stops at the end of the billing period. You keep access until then, and your data stays where you left it.

Your price stays your price, forever, as long as you do not change your subscription. If we raise the price of a tier later, existing subscribers on that tier keep paying what they signed up at. The grandfather rule only ends if you upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise modify your plan, at which point you move to the current pricing.

There is a free tier, Pocket Humidor, that lets you log up to thirty unique cigars and write unlimited reviews. It is the same product as the paid tiers, with a smaller shelf. We make it free to start because the Method works best when you actually use it.

An entry is a unique cigar in your humidor: one record per blend. Adding ten Padron 1964 Aniversario Imperials is one entry, not ten, because you are tracking the same blend at different ages and quantities. The reviews you write against that entry are unlimited.

An entry is a record of a cigar you own or have owned. A review is what you write about smoking one. You can review the same cigar a dozen times, three blends in a sitting, every weekend for a year. Reviews are unlimited on every tier; entries are what each tier caps.

Honest answer: monthly billing keeps the relationship simple. Pay for the month you used, leave when it stops being useful, come back when it is. Annual prepay rewards lock-in, and we would rather you stay because the app is good than because you have already paid. We may revisit this once the product is older.

Yes. You can move down a tier at any time. If your current humidor exceeds the new tier’s entry limit, the older entries stay archived and read-only until you free up room or move back up. Reviews you have written remain accessible regardless of tier.

You can keep reading and reviewing what you already have, but adding a new unique cigar prompts you to upgrade, archive an older entry, or stay where you are. Nothing is deleted. The cap is a soft prompt, not a wall.

Pick the humidor. Start logging.

Free is the easiest place to begin. Thirty cigars and the full Method, no card required. Move up when the humidor fills.
